Because Faizan IT Academy sells digital educational products, the following policy applies:

1. No Returns

Digital courses, downloadable materials, and certifications cannot be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not available once:

• A course has been accessed

• Any lecture has been viewed

• Course materials have been downloaded

3. Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same course, contact us for a correction.

4. Technical Issues

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Slow internet connections

• Device compatibility problems

• Lack of technical knowledge

We encourage students to review course descriptions before purchasing.
