3. Course Access

• Courses are provided in digital format only.

• “Lifetime access” means access for as long as the course remains available on our LMS.

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time.

4. Payments

All payments are processed digitally. By purchasing a course, you agree that:

• Payments are final (see Refund Policy)

• Prices may change at any time without notice

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, PDFs, quizzes, and branding are the property of Faizan IT Academy and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued digitally only through the LMS. We do not provide printed or shipped certificates.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Faizan IT Academy is not liable for:

• Internet or technical issues on the user’s side

• Loss of progress due to platform updates or migrations

• Business or financial losses resulting from course use
